About MEPCON
MEPCON is the premium Middle East conference on technological
progress in all aspects of electrical power and energy systems. The conference is an exceptional venue for discussing issues
and developments as well as for highlighting the needs of the multifaceted field of electrical power systems.
MEPCON brings together an international group of practicing
power systems researchers, engineers, operators, planners, policy makers, academics and others with interest in this dynamic
profession.
Besides
the presentations on the latest research achievements, the conference often includes valuable plenary session and tutorials
on the most up-to-date topics on power systems.
Announcement
The organizing committee
of MEPCON'14 is fully aware that a successful meeting can be accomplished
provided researchers from different parts of the world participate in the technical
sessions, panel discussions, keynote lectures as well as social activities and
technical visits.
To achieve the
above goal, the steering committee feels that December 2014 will be a better
time for our guests from abroad. Therefore, the
organizing committee of MEPCON'14 has decided to reschedule the conference, from
23-25 February 2014 to 23-25 December 2014.
Hoping that this change does not cause any inconvenience, we are looking forward to welcome you
in Cairo.
